A life of faith, family, and service

Graceful strength behind a shared mission

Toni Gonzalez is a woman of faith, wife, mother, grandmother, creative, and co-founder of Gonzalez Broadcasting System whose steady encouragement has helped shape a family and a ministry devoted to serving others.

Born and raised in Florida, Toni has spent her life building a legacy of love, wisdom, patience, and practical service. With a background in office administration, she brings organization, discernment, and a servant's heart to the work she shares with her husband, Mike Gonzalez.

Toni and Mike have been married for more than 50 years. Together they are the parents of eight children and grandparents of seven grandchildren. Her devotion to family is one of the clearest expressions of her faith.

“Encouragement is often quiet. It is the patient word, the faithful presence, and the loving reminder that someone is capable of becoming more.”

A heart that finds beauty in God's goodness

Toni's Christian faith is the foundation of her life. Psalm 34 reflects her trust in God's faithfulness, her gratitude through every season, and her desire to keep praise close at hand.

Her creativity is another expression of that grateful spirit. Toni enjoys sewing, reading, drawing, painting, and discovering beauty in the world around her.

Helping families become encouragers of dreams

Inspiring people to encourage, equip, and empower Dream Builders

For decades Toni and Mike have seen the difference one encouraging person can make in another person's life. America's Dream Campaign was created to help people become that encouraging person—at home, in schools, in communities, and across the nation.

Toni's life reflects the spirit of the campaign: listening patiently, nurturing gifts, standing faithfully with family, and reminding others that their dreams still matter.

Every dream matters. Every child matters. Every life can be changed.
